As flour without gluten is acting differently while processed due to the lack of gluten, it is quite often a challenge to create delicious pastries. Since the beginning of 2015 a new European law (xxxx) is in addition asking all locations selling food to explicitly list all allergens that are present in the food offered. This is of course not always easy. We will help to label your menus according this law.
